  Diabolical service and a disgrace to the brand. Asked the service manager 'Robert Peacock' to call me back on several occasions but he has refused to do so.
  Bad attitude, incompetent receptionists, poor communication and lack of ownership from any member of management in this dealership. Take your business elsewhere.
  
  After making a formal complaint through VW the branch lied about my behaviour and even threatened to take legal action after I wrote this review! Which in itself shows the lack of business acumen. All it would of took is a phone call to hear my complaint and deal with my enquiry and it could have even changed my perception including this review.
  
  This experience has resulted in me never purchasing with VW again.
