  Shocking service, how on earth is this aloud to continue for so long? I've tried to book an appointment once again but the line was continuously engaged, then after about the 40th attempt I couldn't believe my luck, I was through......"sorry, we have no appointments today, please try tomorrow" came the recorded reply, I don't know whether to laugh or cry....the latter because I need an appointment badly now, I can't be the only one experiencing this for so long surely??
  
  Reception staff are good, they do their best, it isn't their fault, but this is ridiculous....you can't even book online as there are no ongoing appointments available...
  
  They have two gp's on I've been told, sometimes just one, a practice covering what must be thousands of people throughout Orton, I give up now, I'm moving practices, I suggest you all do the same.
