  I went in yesterday to exchange my car and upgrade to a newer one...the staff there were very helpful and friendly....they were informative and knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions. I found the whole experience excellent and the whole process although long went very smoothly from getting my car valued, to going on a test drive and consulting with the finance manager to the exchange and collection process....I bought my previous car from them and again found the whole process was smooth, so i decided to use them again....their cars are always top condition and I never had a problem with the previous car I bought from them....and i am really pleased with my new car that I purchased from them yesterday.....I would highly recommend Carworld not only because of the customer service but the also the vast variety of cars that are all there.....I would not go anywhere else to buy a car.

  I was very interested in purchasing a Citroen DS3 - I had seen quite a few available at Carworld in Peterborough
  I telephoned the garage and spoke to a very helpful and charismatic gentleman (Steve was his name I think)
  He asked me to come into the store, make an appointment and took me for a test drive- he also showed me various other examples apart from the one I was particularly interested in.
  He was extremely friendly and very professional and informative- the second time I visited to collect the car I was also looked after by an equally helpful salesman .
  I would definitely recommend Carworld to anyone- I also had a wee problem with my clutch and that was also dealt with extremely efficiently and speedily - it was sorted within a day and looked after by Steve Rossi again. They organised a courtesy car even though within 24hours it was stripped down and sorted

  Very helpful and friendly staff. No hard sell or shadowing. Even after looking around and saying we would return they let us do our thing....what car buyers need, less stress! Great job. Cars sorted by type which helped.
