  I have just visited Marshall Volvo and Jaguar in Peterborough (I live in Huntingdon). The Volvo salesperson Robert could not have been more helpful; my wife had a test drive in a V40 and went through the various options available. I was excited about trying out one of my choices of next car the Jaguar F-Pace. We walked from the Volvo part to the Jaguar part (next door) and the experience was completely different; I requested a test drive, 'we need 24 hours notice' he said; then silence. 'When is the earliest availability?', 'If you call in the morning I can try and arrange it for that afternoon'; then silence. No effort whatsoever to accommodate me = zero customer service. I decided there and then to come back to the Audi garage in Huntingdon.
