  I was in need of a letting out of the trousers on a high quality bespoke tailor made suit, and I needed it urgently for my fathers funeral. Lynne met the challenge.   As a customer that likes to support small businesses, I picked Lynne at random from the yellow pages and called by her unit to make an enquiry, being self employed myself I understand that you can become overwhelmed and swamped with work however I was surprised and shocked by the unwelcome and unfriendly reception I received.. I walked in with my usual cheery disposition and was met with a lot of tutting, sighing and eye rolling and made to feel like an irritant and inconvenience in my enquiries about hemming a pair of trousers. I cannot comment on the quality of the work as I chose to take my business else where.
